とりあえず、私信に近い形ではないのかという御指摘を受けまして、そのとおりだと思いますので、自分自身、非礼なことをしたかもしれないと、割愛させていただくことにしました。返事に関してはどの事項が答えられ、また答えられていないのかを後日、整理しようかと思います。

Thank you for your e-mail.

1.  Mr. KOUARKOU Koffi Lucien (CIV)

    Mr. ANGBO Isaac (CIV)

        Both of these Referees were not in Sydney and both of these

Referees are not on the IJF Olympic Roster.  Both of these Referees are not

even active IJF "Continental" Referees.  



2. The Referees for the final of the +100 KGs was:

        Referee:        Mr. Craig Monoghan (New Zealand)

        Judges: Mr. Fares Attye (Senegal)

                Mr. Emanoel Mattar (Brazil)



        If you checked the list of names for the 2000 Olympic Games and the

1999 World Championships in Birmingham, you can see that all 3 names

Refereed in the World Championships in Birmingham, England in 1999.  

                

        Mr. Craig Monoghan, New Zealand, became rostered in the 1998 Junior

World Championship in Cali, Columbia for the Senior World Championship, he

Refereed in the 1999 World Championships in Birmingham and became rostered

for the Olympic Games.

        Mr. Fares Attye, Senegal, Refereed in the 1995 World Championships

in Makuhari, Japan, 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, 1997 World Championships in

Paris France, 1999 World Championships in Birmingam, England,  He was

rostered for the 1996 Olympic Games from Mukuhari World Championships.

        Mr. Emanoel Mattar, Brazil, Refereed in the 1997 World

Championships in Paris, France, and the 1999 World Championships in

Birmingham, England.  He became rostered for the Olympic Games after the

1997 World Championships.
